Empowering Justice-Involved Youth Through Workforce Experience
The Growth Opportunities (GO) Program is a new initiative offered through a partnership between Connect Ed. NY, Inc., a subsidiary corporation of Central New York Health Home Network (CNYHHN) and the International Youth Foundation (IYF). Launched in July 2025, the GO Program is designed to support justice-involved youth ages 15–24 by connecting them to paid internships, leadership training, and foundational life skills that prepare them for the workforce and higher education.
This program is made possible through a federal grant that covers internship wages and participant incentives. Our goal is to create a supportive community pathway for youth to thrive and succeed in life beyond the justice system.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE
Connected supports any student, family, or individual in need within participating school districts across Oneida, Herkimer, and Madison Counties.
